Kenya House is a cultural and development initiative strengthening the relationship between Kenya and Romania through art, heritage and ethical trade — anchored by a permanent cultural centre in Voluntari, Bucharest.
Most cultural initiatives are an idea looking for a home. Kenya House already has the home — now it is building the institution around it.
To promote intercultural exchange between Kenya and Romania while creating sustainable economic opportunities for Kenyan artisans — particularly women and youth.
A world where cultural heritage is not only preserved but actively shared — generating dignity, visibility and economic empowerment for artisan communities.
